Two Printing Companies Close Up Shop

Has the internet taken the place of print?  You might see this in the fact that two printing companies, Lithoprint Company and The Graphics Factory, both located in Waukesha, were sold on March 31, 2016.  And before that a third printing company located in New Berlin was sold the second week of March.  Printing buildings are unique and can be a challenge to find the appropriate buyer.  Mark Gorski of Judson & Associates was up to the challenge and found buyers for these unique buildings.

Patience and Persistance Pays Off

Ascent Battery Supply called Judson & Associates to set up a new repair facility.  They had searched the market with multiple commercial agents and could not find a space that would work. The Judson Team listened to Ascent's requirements and worked with a building owner to proactively provide a proposal that would allow Ascent to get the space they required and met their budget.  The approach ended with another satisfied Judson client (the landlord) and a newly satisfied Judson customer (the tenant).

Team Work Always Gets The Job Done

Price Engineering engaged Judson & Associates to relocate their Mequon division.  The company was under a very tight timeframe, they needed to find suitable space to move a 12,000 square foot operation in less than three months!  In addition, the location must remain central to employees coming from as far as Delafield, West Bend, and Ozaukee County.  The initial search uncovered three strong options.  After mapping the locations with the employees, management decided all three were off the table.  The Judson Team quickly reached out to its newtwork and uncovered a space that was not yet on the market for lease.  The space was nearly perfect.  The fast response of the Judson Team allowed Price Engineering enough time to effectively negotiate and leave time for the landlord to complete the required tenant improvements.  Price Engineering is looking forward to the new facility.
