Country Financial engaged Judson and Associates to assist in the relcoation of their Wisconsin corporate office. Broker Mark Gorski used his local expertise to find the right ownership group that was willing to build out an office and stage the lease to start upon the expiration of the current corporate office lease. Matt Judson worked with the Buyers, who had a deadline and needed his expertise in helping to identify a building as part of a 1031 Exchange. Waterstone Mortgage Gains a Larger Presence in Pewaukee
With the help of Lori Hake of Judson & Associates, s.c., Waterstone Mortgage is expanding their office presence into a newly renovated 8,450 SF space at 1133 Quail Court in Pewaukee. They will be making the transition over the next several months with the plan to be fully relocated this summer.
Team Judson Makes Things Happen!
Jones Logistics contacted Judson & Associates, s.c. in the summer of 2017 to find a specialized facility to accommodate their trucking and storage needs. Jones was operating within a tight geographical range and it was determined that nothing on the market was acceptable. Mark Gorski and Team Judson were able to dig up a property that was not on the market and line up a successful lease. Most importantly, Jones Logistics was able to keep all necessary timelines to keep their customers satisfied.
