Mukwonago Remodeling is E X P A N D I N G

Congratulations to Bob Reamer and the team at Mukwonago Remodeling as they celebrate the grand opening of a new showroom in New Berlin. With the recent purchase of a company in Cedarburg, owner Bob Reamer decided it was time to consolidate all three locations into one. With the help of Mike Judson, the firm leased a new building at 2450 S. 170th Street in New Berlin that enables them to house the company’s corporate office as well as their Waukesha and Cedarburg cabinet shops. The new space will also feature a newly remodeled showroom to showcase all of their remodeling products. Please plan to stop in soon to check out their new digs. 


Wimmer Community Plans A New Village Neighborhood

Throughout the Milwaukee metro area and adjoining suburbs, there has been a surge in residential and apartment construction aimed at millennial and retirement-minded consumers. Wimmer Communities, a key player in this market, recently added plans for “Riverwalk on the Falls” to its growing list of luxury residential developments. With assistance from Lori Hake and the Judson team, the Wimmer’s recently purchased property at N88 W16554 Main Street in Menomonee Falls and will be constructing 1,2, & 3 bedroom units in the historic Menomonee Falls Village Centre area. "Just One More Ministry" Keeps on Growing!

Just two years ago in early 2014, "Just One More Ministry" moved into a space provided by Redeemer Lutheran Church in Milwaukee in order to expand the capacity of its daily meal program for the underprivileged. In June, the ministry was on the move again! With the assistance of new Judson broker, Matt Judson, the firm will be tripling their space by relocating to a 10,000 square foot facility at 6442 River Parkway in Wauwatosa. The volunteer ministry provides up to five meals per week to local community members including the homeless as well as substance abuse intervention. Matt expressed that the folks at “Just One More Ministry” “were a real pleasure to work with” and feel they now have a space that will fulfill their goals for years to come. Congratulations!

Judson Brokers Facilitate The Sale of Chelsey Lynn Shopping Center

In late June, Citizen’s State Bank of Mukwonago successfully closed on the sale of Mukwonago’s Chelsey Lynn Shopping Center. After facilitating a shift in marketing strategy, Judson brokers Mark Gorski and Mike Judson were able to fill all the retail center’s vacancies significantly enhancing the value of the property for Citizen’s State. New tenants, Health Hut and Perfect Fit moved into their new facilities earlier this spring with DAA Smokehouse to be welcomed to Chelsey Lynn within the next few weeks. DDA’s will feature mouth-watering smoked meats and a new neighborhood bar. Be sure to stop in and visit all these great new local businesses! .

  Matt Judson is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in the Business School of Management.  During the last four years, not only was Matt pursuing his degree at UW-La Crosse, but he found the time to work at Judson & Associates during his off times.  He also worked at City Brewing in La Crosse during his schooling.  Matt's drive and commitment to helping others will make him a great resource to the Commercial-Industrial market place.  


  Mike Steiner has been in the contracting business for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.  Within his 20+ years of managing and owning a business, he has developed a keen ear to what clients need and want.  He has developed a very simple policy....LISTEN!  By listening, Mike has developed numerous long term client relationships which has fueled his career. Having been a member of many of his industry's associations, Mike has developed a reputation of someone who not only offers questions and concerns about his industry, but solutions as well.  He has served on advisory boards, and been asked to present and speak at numerous industry related events.  Mike is looking forward to using these past experiences as a bridge to the commercial real estate market.
