Quick Turn Around for Owners by Judson & Associates, s.c.

Marine Bank left after a number of years to  move closer to Bluemound Road. Broker Mark Gorski of Judson & Associates, s.c. found a Tenant to take over the bank space and the timing left the Landlord with only 1 month of vacancy and no remodeling  costs. The Landlord is now pursuing other Tenants to fill the remaining vacancies of 1,527 SF and 3,524 SF.               

Expanding Businesses Need More Space

Paul Votto of National Center for Housing Management and his son Mike who owns a computer marketing company will be sharing space in the Exhibit Systems Building in Brookfield. Stadler Chiropractic Finds A New Home

A homey feel is what you will experience when you visit Stadler Chiropractic's future office in Delafield.  Located at 711 Main Street, a former residence turned commercial building will be Dr. Shannon Stadler's new space. Aqua-Gon, Inc. Gains More Presence in WI

Broker Mark Gorski and Judson & Associates, s.c. would like to congratulate Aqua-Gon, Inc. on their Wisconsin expansion! It was a pleasure working with theri team to locate and negotiate the expanded New Berlin warehouse and ultimately sell the old Waukesha location, which had been their home since 1984, to Candlewood Enterprises, LLC.
