Lake Country Sports Academy  Hits A Home Run

Judson & Associates, s.c. along with Broker, Matt Judson are excited for Lake Country Sports Academy's growth.  Recently under new ownership, they will be moving locations to a new 10,000 SF facility located at W229 N12687 Westwood Drive, Unit B in Pewaukee.  A more accessible location and a larger space will allow Lake Country Sports Academy to better suit the needs of their clients.   

Ryloo Boutique - Pewaukee Moves To The Beach

Lori Hake and Mike Judson had the privilege of working with Ryloo Boutique in Pewaukee through their negotiations on a new lease at the beach!  They will enjoy their new home at the beautiful newly constructed Beachscapes development on Wisconsin Avenue and hope to be open this fall.

Tender Car Adds Another Location

To better serve their clients Tender Car will soon open a new location at 4420 S 108th St in Greenfield.  "Tender Car West" will be used to better serve the needs of Southwestern Milwaukee County.  The team of Matt Judson and Mike Judson were able to assist both Tender Car and the Owners through successful lease negotiations.  If you need an estimate for auto body repair give Tender Car a call.

Lexdan Auto of Milwaukee Opening Soon

The Boucher group asked Mike Judson to sell their former Kia dealership off of 91st & Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee.  Mike starting searching for compatible users that would respect the building and large yard that the former dealership had to offer.  After receiving a number of low offers from outside parties, Mike was able to identify a group out of Minnesota that saw the same vision that Boucher once enjoyed while operating the Kia dealership.  Dennis Keskin, owner of Lexdan Auto, quickly secured the property and started working on the approval process. With the swift help of the City of Milwaukee, Dennis was able to gain approval for his dealership ideas.  Lexdan Auto of Milwaukee should soon open to serve all of Milwaukee’s auto needs. Current Electric Consolidates Facilities

Current Electric has been experiencing explosive growth and with the purchase of a 23,539 SF building will be ble to consolidate their office and warehousing facilities to accommodate. They have purchased and will occupy the property located at 2940-2942 N 117th Street in Wauwatosa.  Many locations were considered, but with the help of Mark Gorski and Lori Hake of Judson & Associates, the right one presented itself. Call Current Electric for your electrical needs. 

Able Equipment Owners Retire

The owners of Able Equipment in West Allis have enjoyed their many years of hard work, but with the assistance of Judson & Associate's Lori Hake will hopefully enjoy many years of retirement!  The 66,224 SF buiding has sold to Phoenix Investments who will utilize the building for one of their subsidiary shops.  Congratulations!!
