Hyde Syte Tactics Comes to Hartland

This summer a defensive training and community safety company, Hyde Syte Tactics moved into a 4,800 square foot space at 675 Industrial Court in Hartland’s Lake Country Industrial Park. The deal, brokered by Matt Judson of Judson & Associates, will provide ample space for the firm which offers a variety of defensive training. Their classes incorporate defense tactics, safety awareness, youth education, sustainment, consultation, and tactical first aid and are run by proficient instructors with real world experience. Garcia Granite Kitchens Relocates

“No job is too big or too small” for family owned Garcia Granite Kitchens but when they outgrew their own showroom space, they turned to Judson & Associates to help make their transition. Kelly Greenscapes Puts Down New Roots!

Shawn Kelly, CEO of Kelly’s Greenscapes had been working with Mark Gorski and Judson & Associates to locate a property to expand his landscaping business. Locating a suitable property proved to be only the first hurdle as we found many municipalities’ zoning codes heavily restrict landscape operations. Kelly’s new home at 21661 W. Good Hope Road in Lannon was a perfect fit. The building will allow plenty of space for the business to grow and the 5 acre lot will provide ample room for outdoor storage. The firm, founded in 1999, has grown steadily from strictly a lawn maintenance company into a full-service Landscape Design & Build operation and is now prepared for continued growth! Sit Means Sit Dog Training Finds A New Home

Got a pooch whose bad behavior is keeping him or her “in the dog house?” Make sure to check out Sit Means Sit Dog Training’s newest location at 1325 Pearl Avenue in Waukesha. The firm, which is the largest dog training franchise based in the United States, opened a second Milwaukee area location in August. Matt Judson of Judson & Associates worked to help Sit Means Sit find this facility. Matt saw an opportunity in a property for lease that was represented by another Judson broker, Mark Gorski and in working with Mark, they negotiated a deal that allowed Sit Means Sit to move in less than 1 month after the previous tenant vacated. This allowed the company to avoid paying double rent. Both Mark and Matt fully enjoyed working with the Sit Means Sit crew and wish them every success in their new location!  

Lake Country Welcomes ENVOY Mortgage

Downtown Delafield welcomed ENVOY Mortgage in early July. The independent mortgage banking firm is enjoying new offices at 524 Milwaukee Street, Delafield, WI. UDC Expands With New Headquarters

UDC of Waukesha has a new address at 1717 Paramount Drive, Unit #A in Waukesha. Lori assisted UDC in making the move from tenants to owners which will allow the firm ample room for expansion over the next several years. State Farm Agency Preparing for Growth

Congratulations to Waukesha State Farm agent, Chris Janet who is moving into new offices this fall at 325 E. North Street. When Chris got an opportunity this summer to expand his client base, he knew he would need to quickly make a move from his current location on Grandview Boulevard to a larger, modern space within the downtown Waukesha area. Chris turned to Lori Hake of Judson & Associates who understood his timing constraints and went to work right away to connect him with a contractor to assist making this transition as on-time and smooth as possible. Work at the new North Street location should be completed soon and Lori along with entire Judson team, wish Chris continued success in this terrific new space. 

Merry Maids of Oconomowoc Purchases Building

The beginning of September found Merry Maids in Oconomowoc becoming the proud new owners of the property located at 640 Armour Road. With an improving economy and expanding client base, the firm decided to make the move from its long time rental location on Summit Avenue. Lending A Helping Hand Judson & Associates Supports Imagine A Day 

On August 13th Imagine a Day – The Courtney Bella Foundation, held its 8th annual golf outing. This amazing foundation was created by Brad Bella of Oconomowoc after he tragically lost his 10-year-old daughter in an incident involving an intoxicated driver. To honor his daughter’s artistic talents, Imagine a Day was set up to provide an endowment to help sponsor creative and performing arts events, programs, and workshops for students in the Oconomowoc school district. Judson’s Melanie Thorne from our Property Management Division, is a recent graduate of the Waukesha County Business Alliance Leadership Program and discovered this foundation through the non-profit work she completed as part of her program. The foundation met all the criteria she hoped for including working within her community and with kids. This summer, Judson & Associates became a proud sponsor of a hole at this year’s golf outing and our own Mike Judson also participated as part of a golfing foursome for the day’s events. We are excited to say that this year’s event raised more money than in any past year and we at Judson’s look forward to making the Imagine a Day outing an annual tradition.
