Judson's Market Knowledge Brings A Quick Sale

Judson and Associates successfully sold the Tape Machining Corp building in New Berlin to Masteq Corporation.  This transaction was unique in that Mike Judson was asked by the Seller to market the property quietly as the Seller was slowly moving towards retirement. Matt Judson made ONE call to Masteq. What started as a sale of real estate turned into the sale of real estate and the business's assests.  Total time from start to finish was just 2 months. A WIN-WIN for all parties involved.

Barkin' Up Hickory contacted Judson and Associates to help find the ideal spot for a second location.  Mark Gorski helped them locate a fantastic site right off of I-94 in Delafield.  Barkin' Up Hickory plans to break ground in Spring 2018.

New Location for Great Midwest Foot & Ankle

Renowed Milwaukee Podiatrist, Dr. Robert Matteucci has leased clinic space at the professional buiding located at 1177 Quail Court in Pewaukee. He brings his expertise in forefoot, rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery to the Lake Country Area.  Lori Hake and all of us at Judson and Associates know Great Midwest Foot & Ankle will fit in nicely with other medical and financial professionals in the building. 

Another Quick Sale by Judson and Associates!

Judson and Associates was pleased to assist Burgess Car and Truck Service secure their new location at 3630 N. 126th Street in Brookfield.  Matt Judson and Mike Judson represented this property for lease, but ended up finding the best possible solution for both parties which resulted in the sale of the building.  This was all accomplished within a month's time.  Please visit Burgess Car and Truck Service for any commerical fleet repair needs. 

Prestwick Group, Inc. is Growing

Mark Gorski was able to help The Prestwick Group, Inc. in finding more room as the company is growing!  In order to accommodate their sales staff they decided to lease a beautiful space at 1130 James Drive in Hartland.  They joined other professionals in the office building complex at the beginning of November.

Future Clinic Use Building in Pewaukee

The Luther Group purchased land on George Towne Drive in Pewaukee to house children's hospital facilities.  The original request to the Village of Pewaukee was to construct an 11,600 square foot clinic use and include "urgent" care with operating hours of 7 a.m. through 10 p.m. daily.  Lori Hake and Matt Judson were thrilled to have been able to broker this land transaction and help bring these future services to the community.

Beautiful Pewaukee Office Building SOLD!

With the assistancce of Lori Hake and Matt Judson, 2W Technologies has purchased the building located at 1133 Quail Ct in Pewaukee.  They will occupy about 4,000 suare feet of newly remodeled space in March 2018 and will have room for additional tenants.  2W Technologies intends to make the building high tech by adding high speed internet and other nice amenities as they transition to their new location.  J&A Commercial Property Management has been retained to manage the property and Lori Hake will continue to work with 2W Technologies in leasing the available suites.
