Since joining Judson & Associates in 2006 Mark has focused on industrial real estate sales and leasing. He has brokered hundreds of transactions ranging from assisting small businesses to find their first location to multi-million dollar facility expansions. His customers and clients benefit from Mark's experience and connections to assemble the right team to assist with SBA and other relevant lending programs, dealing with potential environmental issues that may arise, and assisting clients to obtain necessary government approvals. Mark's experience includes site selection, sale/lease strategy and marketing, multi-building portfolio marketing, investment sales, and bank owned real estate sales.
Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned a degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He stays involved in the Waukesha Business Alliance and the Oconomowoc Chamber of Commerce through being active on committees including the economic development committee and young professional committees. Mark is a past President of the Delafield Lions Club and was a secretary for five years. He is also involved with NAIOP and was a board member on the Designated Leaders (DL) committee.
