99,740 SF Industrial Building LEASED!!!

With up to date market knowledge, steadfast determination and dedication Mike Judson and Mark Gorski of Judson & Associates were able to work with both the Owner and Tenant in successfully negotiating a signed lease for one of the largest deals in Waukesha County: the 99,740 SF former American TV industrial warehouse building.                   

Hickorywood Farms Phase 3

The third phase of the Hickorywood Farms Residential Subdivison on the west side of Oconomowoc has been recorded.  Mike Steiner was able to work with the developer and broker a transaction for a bulk sale of 18 lots to Home Path Financial LP.

Aqua-Gon Inc is Expanding

With expansion on the horizon and a need for more space, Aqua-Gon, Inc. enlisted the assistance of Mark Gorksi, Judson & Associates.  Mark was able to locate and help secure Aqua-Gon, Inc's lease for 12,540 square foot of space at 16300-16350 W. Penguin Pools Leases 3,750 SF of Space

Matt Judson was the listing broker for the property at W226 N781 Eastmound Drive, Suite C and is happy to announch that Penguin Pools, a growing full service swimming pool contractor and designer, will soon be moving into the space.   

Future Development in Lisbon

Mike Steiner and the rest of us at Judson & Associates, s.c. would like to congratulate Kris Aubrey on the purchase of N73W25205 Howard Lane in Lisbon along the Hwy 164 future development corridor.  Kris is considering developing the site for mixed use that may include a new corporate headquarter for his contracting business Aubrey Electric.  We wish Kris nothing but success on his future plans and are pleased to add him to the list of Judson customers!

We Listen to What the Market is Saying!

Matt Judson of Judson & Associates, s.c. was hired by his client to lease their 6,500 SF facility in Glendale, WI.  After a few months of markeing the property for lease and listening to what the market was saying, Matt identified to the owners that selling would be their best option given what the current market presented combined with the condition of the building, .  Shortly thereafter they had an accepted offer and closed quickly.  Best of luck to both the Sellers and Buyer in their future ventures!

New Adult Day Care Coming to Richfield

Almar Holdings LLC purchased 3018 Helsan Drive in Richfield with the help of Mark Gorski of Judson & Associates, s.c. Mark helped them locate a building and was there with them every step of the way from writing the offer thru closing. The owners plan to relocate The Golden Pearl Adult Day Services to this larger site.  The Golden Pearl Adult Day Services are dedicated to providing quality and engaging programming for adults with desabilities and the frail elderly so that participants and care givers may live their lives to the fullest. LB Purchasing LLC Upgrades 

LB Purchasing upgraded their facilities with a move to a 12,835 SF facility in Muskego.  Matt Judson with Judson & Associates was able to identify and work through the negotiation to get this deal done.  Congratulations to LB Purchasing on the new space!  

New Location for DeMark's Building Maintenance Solutions

Office Furniture Warehouse to move to Waukesha

The owners of NAPA Auto Parts in Sussex has purchased the former Eggert's Furniture property with the assistance of Judson & Associate Broker, Lori Hake.
