Bell Bank Enters The Wisconsin Market!

Judson & Associates, s.c. along with Brokers, Cole Russell and Lori Hake would like to welcome Bell Bank to the Wisconsin market.  Their mortgage loan division from Minneapolis, MN will open one of its first two Wisconsin branches at 1700 Coral Drive in Waukesha. 

Homes for Independent Living of Wisconsin Consolidates

Lori Hake and Mike Judson had the privilege of working with Homes for Independent Living in their quest to consolidate two operations in the Greater Milwaukee/Waukesha area into one location.  Their new home will be at 1250 Sunnyslope Drive in Brookfield in late Summer 2019.

The Judson Team including Matt Judson, Mike Judson and Mark Gorski were able to repsresent the Seller and Buyer in a transaction involving a 65,523 SF building situated on 3.89 acres.  Jake's Landscape Services, Inc. will have a new home which allows them to increase their operation and storage ability.  Congrats to all parties involved.

New Wheel Repair Shop in Greenfield

Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Wisconsin, LLC will be opening at 4420 S. 108th Street in Greenfield.  Brian Hanson is strarting up this new franchise to service damaged wheels.  We welcome them to the 108th Street building!  They will be in good company with other occupants such as Richlonn's Tire Company, Lake Auto Glass and Southgate Lease Services.  Mike Judson and Matt Judson represented both parties and thank them for the oppportunity to be of service.

Pattyn North America to Call Sussex Home

Pattyn North America will be moving to Sussex from Hartland.  After looking all over the Lake Country area for a building that fits their needs, Matt Judson showed them their soon to be home.  The Judson & Associates, s.c. team of Matt Judson, Mike Judson and Mark Gorksi worked diligently with both the Buyer, Pattyn North America, and Seller, Dominion Enterprises, and wish both continued success. 


Dawn's Early Light Flags Consolidates

Dawn's Early Light Flags, or DEL Flags was able to successfully negotiate a lease for space at 3265 Gateway Road in Brookfield.  DEL Flags is consolidating their Washington and Wisconsin locations under one roof.  Many locations were considered, but with the help of Matt Judson of Judson & Associates, the right one presented itself.  Congratulations! 

Pre-Professional Dance Studio in Hartland

New Menomonee Falls Development

Mander Collision & Glass Opens a 2nd Location
