 3 Quarters Into 2020 - Now What?

What a wild ride we have had so far in 2020.  What's next?!  As we have been following the progress for the last 10 months, no one knows what the future holds.  The 1st Quarter was rockin' and rapid.  Business was brisk throughout our industrial and office peer group. Many companies expanded for future growth while many others purchased properties and left their leasing environments.  Then along came Quarter 2: the big pandemic shutdown!  Oh my was this a dismal time. Well, we made it through Q2 and entered Quarter 3 with a lot of pent up demand.  Despite the government's attempt to stall the economy and scare everyone into hiding the economy is still strong. Q3 was again rockin' and Quarter 4 looks to remain strong. The industrial sector led with a huge national emphasis on e-commerce/distribution. Locally, we have seen a stable manufacturing market all throughout the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic the tax breaks and deregulation our current government provided businesses the help businesses needed in keeping America strong and to survive through the crisis. We are cautiously optimistic for our future and look forward to the re-opening of our retail, hospitality and other markets.

Servo Motors Inc and Robot Reels LLC Is Moving

Matt Judson with Judson & Associates, s.c. was tasked to find a new location for Servo Motors Inc and Robot Reels LLC.  After a number of tours the company was able to identify a property that checked the boxes of all its major criteria.  Servo Motors Inc and Robot Reels LLC is moving their long term operation to a 21,285 SF facility at 16550 Ryerson Road in New Berlin.  We wish you much continued sucess in your new location!

Geneva Supply Expands to Menomonee Falls

Geneva Supply recently announced their role in taking over Cascio Music, thus creating the need for operating space.  The new owners of W136 N5283 Campbell Drive in Menomonee Falls enlisted Mike Steiner and Matt Judson to market the building for Lease.  Mark Gorski, working with Geneva Supply, was able to make it a true Judson Team effort.  Mike, Matt and Mark were able to connect the building owner with Geneva Supply and worked through to a successful lease negotiation.  Congratulations to all envolved!

Lockdown Success

Mark Gorski with Judson and Associates contacted the owners of 1265 Hickory Street in Pewaukee during the state lockdown to inquire if they would be interested in leasing their building.  Matt Judson, working with a national Tenant, helped them rent out the spaced within a few days.  Due to the virus and lockdown our main challenge was navigating the virtual Village approval process. This added some delays to the process but was successfully completed.  We now have a happy new client and Tenant.

 Investment Sale of 821 Corporate

This long term Tenant leased building sells to a local investor.  Seller was able to complete their ultimate goal of selling the company and now the real estate.  Good job Mark Gorski and Mike Judson!!

The WCTC Foundation Partnered with Judson and Associates, s.c.

The WCTC Foundation trusted Mike Judson and Lori Hake to sell an underused office asset.  Within 2 weeks of Mike and Lori bringing the property to market multiple offers were received.  Matt Judson was able to bring the winning, over asking price offer to the table.  The property will be updated and redeveloped.  Judson and Associates, s.c. was honored to continue their strong relationship with WCTC and is proud to be their local partner. 

Hockey Haven Has A New Home

Congratulations to Fred Berry and the Hockey Haven family on the purchase of their new home at 195 N Janacek Road in Brookfield!  Though this property is only 1 block away, Hockey Haven faced major hurdles to reach the finish line due to Covid-19. From being a last minute add on to the last Town of Brookfield Plan Commission meeting to fending off a state mandated business shut down and more.  We are excited to see what Fred and his team do with the new facility.

Vernon 13,000 SF Investment Building Sells To An Owner-User

For the sale to happen two existing Tenants needed to be relocated  within a short period of time.  Will Schlosser and Matt Judson of Judson and Associates, s.c. showed their ability to listen to the needs of each Tenant, depth of maket knowledge and dedicated resolve to successfully complete the task.  Two new spaces were quickly identified and new leases were completed within 2 weeks.  Buyer and Seller were happy and the sale of the building was able to be completed.  Congratulations to all!
