Judson Sets a New Team Record!!

Old Tavern Cheese was closing and the owners were looking forward to retirement.  A machine shop wanted to purchase his own bulding.  230 S. Prairie Avenue in Waukesha was a perfect match! Congratulations to Mike Judson, Mark Gorski and Matt Judson for setting a team record in August!  They completed a commercial sale in just 11 days!  The Buyer had viewed the property months prior but wasn't ready at that time.  Suddenly the Buyer was required to move in a short amount of time. A Seller fully prepared helped win the deal. The Judson team pays attention to detail.  Since title issues frequently delay and often kill deals, our team ensured title had already been pulled and an old easement issue had previously been resolved.  Paying attention and resolving the little things up front allowed the Seller to complete the sale smoothly and Buyer to meet his deadline.  We wish both all the best!

Brookfield Office Sales are Hot

Judson & Associates, s.c. has completed nearly $5,000,000 in sales of office buidings in Brookfield alone so far this year.  Already in 2017 the Judson team sold the 5,800 SF top floor condo at 675 Barker Road and a 33,000 SF Building at 601 Barker Road.  In August we completed the sale of approximately 24,000 SF located at 20700-20720 Watertown Road. The new investor will be renovating and leasing out the vacant units.  We look forward to seeing the progress and are ready to assist you with your office space needs!                         

Talon IT Services Moves Into WI

In 2016 Talon of NC initially contacted Mark Gorski of Judson and Associates with the wish to open a branch in WI.  At that time Mark worked hard with Talon to learn the specific market and identify a few viable office suites for lease.  Their WI expansion took longer than anticipated so when Talon was ready to commit to a space in Spring 2017, their top choices from the year prior were no longer available.  Talon found themselves in a time crunch to find a space that worked for their company and that did not require a large build out.  Mark was able to think out of the box and suggested a building that had been on the maket for years and was ready for new ownership.  Talon liked the building so much they decided to purchase rather than lease.  Mark is excited to continue his strong relationship with Talon in now leasing out the remaining vacant suite in the building. Helping the Youth in Waukesha County

Wisconsin Youth Company is a group out of Madison who works to connect youth with jobs or job skill programs.  They are excited to open up a location at 1130 James Drive, Suite 104 in Hartland. Lori Hake was thrilled to be able to help them secure the space and all of us at Judson look forward to seeing their good work for our youth in Waukesha County.

We have the "IN" at the Brookfield Commerce Center

In this third quarter of 2017 there has been over 13,000 SF of space that became available for lease within the complex of buildings that make up the Brookfield Commerce Center situated on Watertown Road just east of Springdale Road.  Without one day of vacancy Matt Judson was able to find new tenants for all of the space!  We welcome Content Recovery Solutions to the building for acquiring 6,800 SF of space and Power X in their growth and being able to double their space!

Corporate Office Space in the North Shore

Country Insurance contacted Mark Gorski to establish a new coprorate office in the North Shore market. Mark provided an efficient but thorough search of the market and with Mark's assistance, Country Insurance narrowed in on two options.  A deal was negotiated on the primary option and as the lease was being drafted Country identified issues that could not be overcome during a build out.  Therefore Mark assistted Country in quickly pivoting to the second space and a new deal was negotiated that still allowed them to maintain their timetable.  We wish Country Insurance the best in their new Grafton office located at 2225 Wisconsin Avenue.

Opening a 4th Location in Waukesha

We would like to congratulate Family Tae Kwon Do Champions on their newest location at 217 Sunset Drive in Waukesha!  Mark Gorski recently helped the owners lock in their fourth location in Waukesha County.  Make sure to check their website for a Grand Opening announcement or to learn more about the other three locations!

Richfield Baseball 365

After a losing deal for a lease on a building in the bottom of the 9th, the Richfield Youth Baseball organization contacted pinch hitter Lori Hake at Judson and Associates.  She was able to hit one out of the park and quickly identify and complete a lease in a new location. The owners of the building at N53 W24950 S Corporate Circle in Sussex are excited to welcome this group as they are raving fans of youth baseball and have been sponsors for various teams throughout the years.  Richfield Youth Baseball will be occupying 5,400 square feet of space where they will set up an all new indoor baseball practice facility that they will use year round.  Go team!

Benchmark, Inc. called Judson and Associates to discuss their need to expand and immediate need for more space featuring heavy office usage. The problem identified was that Benchmark had 3.5 years remaining on their existing leased space that was heavy on office space at W222 N615 Cheaney Drive, Pewaukee.  Solution: Judson quickly thought of a group that had been looking for the exact type of space Benchmark wanted to vacate. All parties were able to come to a sub-lease agreement. so Benchmark was able to expand into a larger space that fit their heavy office needs.
