Retail Space at the Newly Constructed Beachscapes in Pewaukee is Fully Leased

From renderings to construction to Tenant's moving into their new spaces, Mike Judson, Lori Hake and the entire Judson and Associates, s.c. team have enjoy working on the Beachscapes project.  Joining Ryloo Boutique this spring will be Skin Bar Rx and The Twisted Vine wine bar at 145 W Wisconsin Avenue in Pewaukee - right across from the beach!

Pewaukee For The Long Term

After leasing an office suite from Windsor Executive Suites for several years, Hartland Business Systems has decided to purchase their suite and call Pewaukee home for the long term.  For over 20 years, HBS has been supporting companies, schools, hospitals and government agencies of all sizes with all levels of need for technology improvements.  They are thrilled to continue serving all of SE Wisconsin out of their Pewaukee location at W28 W23050 Roundy Drive.  Lori Hake and all of us at Judson & Associates, s.c. wish HBS much continued success.

Sky Dance Pet Lodge to Open Location #3

Always listening to his clients wants/needs, Cole Russell was able to match a Seller and Buyer before a property got to the market.  Cole assisted an owner in downsizing which included the sale of an existing buidling and Skydance Pet Lodge secure their third location in New Berlin!  The space is expected to be open by mid March of 2020.

Macromatic to Build New HQ in Waukesha

Matt Judson and Mark Gorski of Judson and Associates, s.c. were successful in matching a Buyer and Seller for a +/- 3 acre parcel in the Waukesha  Corporate Center Industrial Park with frontage on Hwy 59.  Mark represented the Seller while Matt worked with the growing company of Macromatic Industrial Controls, Inc. to identify a location for their new headquarters.  Macromatic designs and manufactures industrial control and monitoring products that control electrical processes and monitor power for damaging fault conditions.  

North 48 Opens a 2nd Location in Oconomowoc

North 48 of Cedarburg is opening a Lake Country venue on the four corners of Oconomowoc in the historic 100 N Main Street building.  Cole Russell and Lori Hake of Judson and Associates, s.c. worked with both Owner and Tenant to negotiate a lease for this space.  A build out is in process and can be followed on North 48 Lake Country's Facebook page.  Keep a lookout for the Grand Opening 

American Manufacturing and Machining Inc of Racine Retire

Matt Judson and Mark Gorski of Judson and Associates, s.c. helped facilitate the sale of 1908 Young Ct in Racine.  The seller is retiring from the CNC machining industry and was given the ability to wind down after closing.  DB Motorsports, a neighboring business, saw the opportunity to be able to obtain the property for their extended business needs.

United Rentals Finds A Space in Pewaukee

United Rentals has leased N8 W22550 Johnson Drive in Pewaukee. United Rentals found the amount of yard space unique to this area and by utilizing this full building they will be able to add a new segment to their business by having this second location.  Matt Judson of Judson and Associates, s.c. represented a very pleased Landlord in this transaction.

New Headquarters for IVS in Sussex

We would like to congratulate Intelligent Video Solutions on their soon to be new headquarters in Sussex. They will be moving to N53 W24747 S Corporate Circle in mid 2020. The new HQ will allow IVS room to grow their staff without needing to undergo large remodeling or building projects. Mark Gorski of Judson and Associates, s.c. was happy to assist IVS in this expansion.
