Team Judson Editorial:

We have seen a lot over our 32 years of business and 2020 was like none other.  We were happy to conclude another successful year at Judson and Associates, s.c. despite the pandemic!  The market in 2020 was full of ups and downs that tested the creativity and perseverance of our Team.  With that said, our Team faced the challenges head-on and ended  2020 on a high note with spurring activity coming into the new year! 

The SE Wisconsin industrial market is still showing signs of strength in comparison to the office and retail markets. In addition, property values are at an all time high and are stable, which means that companies are still in need of additional space for their operations. The industrial market overview for SE Wisconsin shows an overall 4.2% vacancy rate with the lowest vacancy coming from manufacturing and the highest coming from spaces having heavy office concentrations. The Office market vacancy rate is 15.1% with much being allocated to multi-tenant properties.

Badger Supply Finds A New Home

A three year search to find the perfect spot for Badger Supply's new location has come to an end with the assistance of Matt Judson with Judson & Associates, s.c.!  They will be moving from their long time Hartland location to W229 N2450 Homewood Court in Pewaukee.  The new spot gives Bader Supply an additional 2 acres and 10,000 SF of space for growth.  It also provides the ability to add a rail line in the future. Congratulations to all involved!

Wisconsin Location For Sun Badger Solar

Sun Badger Solar used Matt Judson to find their new Wisconsin location. Sun Badger Solar provides residential and commercial clients with installation of solar panels to reduce electric bills and provides a sustainable alternative solution. This will be their main headquarters in the Wisconsin market as they continuously grow their footprint!

4th Location For Tender Car Care

Petrie Property LLC d/b/a Tender Car Care leased out 5,800 SF at 323 W Sunset Drive in Waukesha. This will be their fourth location in Southeastern Wisconsin.  Cole Russell and all of us at Judson and Associates, s.c. wish you great success on Sunset Drive.

Lakeshore Burial Vault Moves To Lannon

Lakeshore Burial Vault had been looking for many years to relocate out of their Brookfield location. Mark Gorski connected with Lakeshore and learned about the business's challenge in finding a new location. Lakeshore's use requires a heavy industrial zoning that would allow for significant outdoor storage. After understanding this unique requirement, Mark used his knowledge of the local communities to find the perfect location at 21319 West Good Hope Road in Lannon; a community with a strong mining base that would welcome Lakeshore's business. We are excited to see the property transform as Lakeshore plans to make significant upgrades to the facility this fall.  We wish Hubert and his team at Lakeshore good luck with the project!
