We originally scheduled a tour of a property through Cole with Matt and Cole. After talking they realized the property wasn’t for us and took us down the street to see another listing. They were able to make contact with the Realtor and get us in at that time. I have never worked with Realtors before who have truly had our interests in mind. When our tenant decided to end is lease with us, I remembered a young lady from our church who sold real estate. I called her. She had moved up in management so she recommended a new hire named Cole Russell, I thought, why not. We were his first clients. He worked very hard and I really appreciated all he did to find me a tenant. After about 5 years that tenant terminated his lease, so I called Cole. Well, he had moved up into management which was no surprise to me because of the success he was having. So, he recommended a recent hire named Colleen. Knowing the reputation of Judson Realty, I knew she would be a good choice. We were not disappointed; in about 4 months she had 2 offers to sell. After choosing one we found out selling was more complicated than leasing. She worked through all our questions with patience and are. The buyer turned out to be a pain in the neck, right up to closing, but she worked it all out. For this we are greatly appreciative. We no longer own any property in Wisconsin but would not hesitate to recommend her. In fact, I already have.
