The Judson Difference

At Judson and Associates, S.C., we pride ourselves on delivering a higher level of service in the Southeastern Wisconsin commercial real estate market. Austin Dindorf is a recent graduate (2026) from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. A lifelong resident of Pewaukee, Austin brings strong local market knowledge and a passion for commercial real estate throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Austin first gained an interest in commercial real estate through a mentorship program while attending Pewaukee High School, and continued his interests further, joining the real estate club at La Crosse.

Prior to joining Judson full time, Austin completed a summer internship with the Firm, where he gained experience in market research, property analysis, and hands-on experience, working alongside the brokerage team. His internship reinforced his commercial real estate interest and sparked an even bigger interest in brokerage. Having played soccer his entire life, Austin developed discipline, teamwork, and competitiveness that work hand in hand with his professional approach. He is committed to building lasting relationships and helping others achieve their commercial real estate objectives.

Outside of the office, Austin enjoys following Wisconsin sports, staying active through golfing and working out, building relationships, and continuing to expand his knowledge.
