Matt Judson has been part of the Judson and Associates, s.c. team as a licensed sales agent since May 2013.  Since then, Matt has established himself as a knowledgeable professional in the SE Wisconsin market.  He primarily focuses his time on industrial real estate but has successfully completed transactions under all commercial asset classes. Matt takes pride in his strong work ethic, market knowledge and getting deals done for his clients.  Matt's network of individuals in this market is vast which proves to be a resource to his clients and customers. He works hard to put his client’s best interests first and persistently looks for solutions to issues that arise during a transaction cycle. Some notable clients that Matt works with include Hydro Excavators, Selzer Ornst Construction, Captivate Exhibits, Precision Pattern, American Friction Welding, Badger Distribution/Food Ingredients, etc. Matt is well versed in the process of sales, leasing, sale/leaseback, and investments. 

Matt makes it a priority to participate in the community. Matt is the President of the Hartland Lake Country Rotary and sits on the Waukesha Business Alliance Economic Development committee. He was also recognized as a Biz Times Rising Star in 2022. Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and golfing.
