A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Michael “Miko” brings a winning combination of academic excellence and athletic discipline to the commercial real estate industry. Miko honed his teamwork and leadership skills as a collegiate Division One soccer player at the University of St. Thomas, prior to transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics. Through his athletic and academic achievements, he has demonstrated the drive and competitive edge that now fuels his career in commercial real estate.

Miko’s journey with Judson & Associates s.c. began through two consecutive summer internships, where he gained hands-on experience collaborating with both management and brokerage teams. These formative experiences allowed him to build a strong foundation in client relations, strategic problem-solving, and the intricate dynamics of the commercial real estate market.

Adding to his diverse skill set, Miko also spent two years sharpening his sales expertise at the BoatHouse of Lake Country. During his tenure, he worked with a wide range of clients across Southeast Wisconsin, delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-term relationships—qualities that remain central to his professional ethos.

Originally from Mequon, WI, Miko now calls Oconomowoc home. Outside of the office, you’ll find him embracing an active lifestyle—whether it’s working out, wake surfing, perfecting his golf swing, or escaping to the Northwoods to recharge. His passion for adventure and dedication to excellence are reflected in everything he does, making him a dynamic and resourceful partner for clients navigating the commercial real estate landscape.
