When our tenant decided to end is lease with us, I remembered a young lady from our  church who sold real estate. I called her. She had moved up in management so she  recommended a new hire named Cole Russell, I thought, why not. We were his first clients.  He worked very hard and I really appreciated all he did to find me a tenant. After about 5  years that tenant terminated his lease, so I called Cole. Well, he had moved up into  management which was no surprise to me because of the success he was having. So, he  recommended a recent hire named Colleen. Knowing the reputation of Judson Realty, I  knew she would be a good choice. We were not disappointed; in about 4 months she had 2  offers to sell. After choosing one we found out selling was more complicated than leasing.  She worked through all our questions with patience and are. The buyer turned out to be a  pain in the neck, right up to closing, but she worked it all out. For this we are greatly  appreciative. We no longer own any property in Wisconsin but would not hesitate to  recommend her. In fact, I already have.

Was a pleasure working with Matt and Luke. They handled things extremely professional  and are very knowledgeable. I feel they went above ad beyond normal duties. We achieved  a higher rent due to their exceptional help.

Colleen Geiger was fantastic from start to finish. I spoke to colleen about our  building/office needs. Nothing was available at the time so she said she was going to put  out some feelers to see if any local owners wanted to sell. This ended up being the building  that we purchased.

Tom and I had a wonderful experience working with Matt Judsdon. He was very  professional the first day we met with him. His communication between us and the buyer  was outstanding.
