Team Collaboration Brings Success

Colleen Geiger, representing the landlord with a portfolio of strip centers across the eastern region, successfully identified a tenant for the Brookfield retail building following a renewed marketing effort. Matt Judson represented Trio Engineering, a local firm that previously occupied space in the same building a decade ago. Through their collaboration, Colleen and Matt secured a 7,400 SF lease, making this location the new long-term home for Trio Engineering.

Gordy’s Expands in Lake Country!

The Gordy’s brand has been around for over 70 years in the Wisconsin Marine Market.  Their excellent customer service and family orientated business model has proven effective in Lake Geneva, Lake County and Fox Lake.  Judson’s newest team member, Miko Janus, was thrilled to be able to work with such an established business in finding a new sales office at 1760 Milwaukee Street in Delafield.  This on-water site on Nagawicka’s southern end will provide Gordy’s a unique opportunity to the Lake Country area for its customers.  Congratulations to Gordy’s, we wish you great success in your newest location.

Patience and Persistence Rewarded

Matt Judson was steadfast in working with Selzer Ornst Construction over the course of several years for the search for the perfect site for their new headquarters. Though several locations piqued some interest, it was important for Selzer Ornst to take time and be selective in finding the absolute right space.  Selzer Ornst is excited to finally have found their future home in a site that has a vibrant history including Reiman Publication, Readers Digest and Goodwill Industries Headquarters at 5400 S 60th Street in the Village of Greendale. Selzer Ornst looks forward to building off the history of this building and continue the tradition of success in this location. Matt Judson is pleased to continue to work on this project as there will be +/- 125,000 SF of Class A office space available for lease.  Selzer Ornst looks forward to sharing the building with other successful businesses!
